Thoughts for the day: Princess
The world is full of wonders, with unlimited possibilities and endless surprises, where one fine day, a little princess from faraway land strolled into my life.
They said in Toastmasters we meet all kinds of people, "Great way to expand your network" said my ex-career coach. I couldn't agree more.
I've met a good deal of people just by partaking in the events of Toastmaters, and that's also where I first got to know you, princess.
Though I just found out that you didn't really notice me then =.="
Ah well... doesn't matter......................... I'm invisible ma....
At first, it was just small chatters, things you talk about now and the next few minutes you won't remember.
Hmm... A bit too colourful 0.o?
You were very helpful in providing me with a comfort zone. Thank you...
And of course, in due course, I've been your listening ear... at least for a bit.... Or I thought I did...
Slowly our small chatters became regular conversations, as frequent as it could get.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed all of our chats.. and I hope this would continue for many years to come.... =)
Oh but of course, the times when princess goes to see her prince...
That's when I have quieter days and alone time to myself.. Times for myself toemo and go into depression fully focus on my own things (watch, game, read, piano, reflect, plan, etc).
Occasionally, this little princess will share stories of how some people will be chatting her up, which I can't help but to snicker at her. Then I'd start going on with how these people are part of the SAD bunch of people, and just trying their luck. Keke..
And by SAD, I mean...
Then this naughty little princess will start to tease me on me being part of the group...
I EMPHASISE!!! Princess, I'm SA... Not "D"!!!
Not yet, at least.. =/
Well princess, I don't know how it happened, or how things developed to this stage, but I appreciate your existence in my life. Don't lose your shine, and keep your smiles up.
And though that task is entrusted to someone else, I still pray you'll get the happily ever after you (or any other girl) seek.
One thing though, this princess really gotta take care of herself more...
Hey, but after all this.... I've gained a friend I can trust with, complain to, care for, tease at... and be returned the same.. (Or at least I hope so haha)
Remember you mentioned that you were a negative ROI? I sincerely see it otherwise ^__^
